Marianne has a passion for leadership and supporting organizations and employees to achieve their goals. Marianne is strategic focused and always looking at the big picture. She has been successful in coaching leadership and partnering in areas such as strategic planning, change management initiatives, team transformations and leadership development. Marianne holds 2 undergraduate degrees and multiple certificates including Prosci Change Management, Workplace Investigations, Workplace Restoration to name a few. When Marianne is not at work she enjoys travel, cooking and developing her photography skills.
